Interview
The interview was very straight forward and easy.Depth of knowledge is tested more. Feedback is also very nice to hear from the interviewer after the interview who gave me valuable insights. It was a good experience.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Typeface (Palo Alto, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Recruiter reached out for an interview, but has minimal knowledge about the role or hiring process. Moved to a 2nd screening call with the hiring manager. He kept saying he was new in the role and was unable to provide clarity on most aspects of the SC team. Didn't seem to know much about the sales strategy (target buyer persona, sales cycle, past quota attainment) and couldn't share what an onboarding or ramp plan would look like.
He just said the company is a startup that is still “figuring things out,” which made it difficult to understand what success looks like in the role. Wouldn't share any challenges the team currently faces.
I asked what the next steps would be in the end of the call and he said a panel interview. I never heard from anyone again and was completely ghosted.
Overall clear lack of transparency, wouldn't share historical team quota attainment, and inability to articulate role fundamentals, and dismissive responses.
Wouldn't recommend.

Interview
Answered all Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design questions confidently and in detail, but the interviewer suddenly ghosted afterward without any feedback or follow-up communication. Really disappointed by the interview process
