Interview
After you apply and if U-Haul HR is interested they will send you a link to run a speed test and send the results. You will not proceed through the interview process unless you meet the specified requirements. There will be a phone interview, face to face interview, determination of to hire or not, and you will receive additional steps.
I was made to feel comfortable during the interview. I was asked relevant questions and given plenty of time to answer. I left feeling confident about the position being offered.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at U-Haul (Chantilly, VA) in Jan 2017
Interview
There was no interview. They were low on people so I was accepted after passing the employment test. The test includes information about trailers and screwdrivers. Have someone help you study for the test. As an employee you will take more tests.
