Your resume will determine if you are hired prior to any interview. They have instituted a new review process in which operators ask questions to the applicant. The questions will be basic. Such as knowledge of pumps, valves and basic controls. There is no aptitude test. Most interviews are performed by ex airforce personnel from the fuels field. I have a strong feeling these interviews have no bearing on if you are hired. They are just for show. The HR manager, which actually has more power then the plant manager, will decide. Just have some experience operating something with pumps and valves.
