Standard meeting with HR and then managers. Relatively simple process with not too many hiccups. They don’t overcomplicate the process and overall very transparent with benefits and compensation. HR seems friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Question 1
Experience with different teams, cross functional teams
Responsive and timely. Process was smooth recruiters very helpful but did not understand what really goes on at the sites. The team was very helpful during the interview and on-site time.
Positives: The interview process was normal. Negatives: I was told that leadership are fossil fuel advocates and DO NOT support carbon reduction. And, they’d prefer employees return to the office full-time. Yikes! This is a perfect recipe to lose good workers. Go figure.
