UC Davis interview questions

1 interview with search committee/panel. Reference check initiated 4 business days later and complete within 48 hours. No update for more than 2 weeks with follow up. I was given a timeline for a decision, twice, that was not adhered to. The hiring manager ghosted me completely in the end, only found out that I was not being offered the job by checking the candidate portal. Overall, unprofessional standards for communication throughout the hiring process, especially for a finalist.
