Prescreening include your GPA and whatever they listed on their website. In person interview involves you solve a problem in front of them and talk about it. Sometimes you are allowed to prepare your own problem. Nothing too crazy. Usually when you are interviewed by a full time supervisor, they are easy on you because they want to give you a chance to work. If you are interview by an university student, it may or may not be good.
