I was invited for an in-person interview after submitting my application 1-2 months previously. The interview consisted of a panel of 3 people asking around 11 questions. Even though they were busy writing down notes, everyone was very kind and smiled a lot. The only strange thing that I encountered was when they read off the salary at the very start. Overall, it was a good experience but it's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I am fine with that because I have reconsidered and I am no longer interested anyway. Just keep in mind that the process is long.
