Easy behavioral. Questions asked on what you would do in certain situations with coworkers and managers. Acceptance rates also depend on if they lack workers or not, so if they are relatively full it is harder to get in.

Pretty good, I learned a lot, and the interview process was easy to understand. I was pleased with my outcome. I would totally completely recommend this to other people. They are nice to students.

Interview
The interview process is fairly straight-forward. You will receive a phone interview. After 2 days, they will call back if you are offered a position. Then, you can accept or decline their position.
