Straightforward process. Interviewers are personable and ask questions to get to know you and your unique experiences versus sticking to the usual interview questions. Consistent updates regarding the process of the application.

Question 1
Situation-based questions, be prepared to give examples of how you handle particular situations and how you have changed your approach to projects when running into obstacles.
The interview process is in two parts. Initial screening, then pannel via Zoom. Expect questions about past work experiences, DEI, storytelling, and scenario-based questions about working with stakeholders. Additionally, they will have you create a pitchdeck to preview your work.

How do you incorporate DEI into communication efforts?
Met in-person with an interview panel and then had to do a writing assessment. Took them a while to get back to me on whether or not I got the job (I didn't) but overall was a good experience.
