Review is for the Anderson School of Management, Business Office Applied - 12/11/19 (On UCLA career site) Phone Interview - 12/19/19 Received email for phone interview on 12/18/19 The interviewer, Finance Manager, was real business like not too much general or friendly conversation, which I guess may be understandable. Most of the interview involved description of the position and different functions. I was given the opportunity to go into detail about my prior experience. While I am not a accountant by trade many of my skills as a budget analyst overlap. I was experienced but the interviewer was able to focus mostly on the piece that I was not familiar with unfortunately. I was told that they were going on winter break and in person interviews would be set up after the new year (after 01/03/19). I never received a call, which was expected. Checked the application status online mid January and the position was filled. I suck at phone interviews for the most part. Ha! Hope the timeline helps but it may have been accelerated due to the holidays and winter break.
