Interview
I was first interviewed by my immediate supervisor, followed by his supervisor. They both asked similar questions. They were mostly interested in my past work experience, what kind of computer and data analysis skills I had, the types of projects I had worked on, and my future career plans. The interview questions were fairly standard and not difficult to answer.

Interview
In academic research setting, individual lab principal investigator interviews the applicant so interview process can vary. My interview was easy since I previously worked in the same department department as the principal investigator. There were no additional interviews with the management team of the department.
