Production positions are generally filled through employment agencies so the first interview was conducted there. This was a 1 on 1 interview. The on-site interview was very basic. This time there was a 4 person panel including 3 supervisors and the Production Manager. The questions were not too tough or in depth. Topics discussed included specific items included on your resume, previous work history, experience that qualifies you for the position, walk-through of the production floor, and subsequent offer if you receive a job offer. The whole process, from contact by the employment agency to offer, took no more than a week.
