I would like to start off by saying no one expects to get every job they interview for. What a candidate expects is for the people they interact with to be honest with them. Spoilers, that does not happen here. With that being said, the interview process was rather straight forward. HR screen call, Hiring Manager Zoom/Teams call, then in office meeting With Hiring Manager and team. At the end of the Interview is when the Team promised me to my face that I would hear back from them within a week and if things didn't work out I could at least ask for feedback, was told I could email them directly. Ok sounds good. Week goes by and I get nothing. Gave it one more day after that before I sent the Team a email asking about the position. Since they promised me directly I expected to get a response in a few days or so. I did not, Got an rejection email from HR. Which is fine, but when I sent an email asking for a quick call to see if I can get feedback from the interview it was ignored. This was the email I was originally speaking back and forth with HR before so I know its monitored. They just choose to ignore the email instead of giving the feedback they promised. Or at least, "No, we are not allowed to do that here." Like I said in the beginning, no one expects to get every job. But when the people you interview with feel they can lie to your face and just get away with it, it is very tough for the candidate side of things. It gives off fake nice vibes because you didn't have to promise these things just to give the illusion that your company is different. When it is not. All it really says is your dishonest.

Be very wary of applying to this company. My offer was immediately rescinded for trying to negotiate my salary. I did not ask for an unreasonable amount of money and it was taken back by part of the management team, not HR. You should always try to negotiate your salary for any company you work for. Any company that doesn't negotiate is not one you want to work for.
