UK Athletics interview questions

Applied online and got a call on Friday inviting me to an interview on the following Wednesday. Then on the Monday, I received an email informing me that I would need to give a presentation, which needed to be with them by midday Tuesday leaving me with very little time in which to put something together. When putting the presentation together, I emailed for some information needed and received no response until the day after the interview. Interviewed with a panel, including one on Skype who put questions to me in turn. I was told I would hear by the weekend, and am still waiting nearly a month later.
