Interview
There was a brief phone screening before being invited to interview with a five person panel, despite initially being told there would only be two interviewers. I diligently prepared tasks and a presentation requiring significant time and effort on my part.
Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. The feedback showed disconnect to my presented work - the panel suggested additional statistical analyses that were already included in my presentation. The regressions demonstrated no significant or reliable trends, however the panel believed regressions were key. It was difficult to have diligent work overlooked, and there were several instances where I was advised to include aspects already featured.
Overall, this was a poor experience.
