The entire process took around a week. Applied online, got a call the next day, interview 2 days later and then another "interview" the day after and then got accepted on the same day as the second meeting with them. The interviews were horribly vague in what role you are applying for, does not explain what they do and just promises fast-track career development without telling you what your role entails. The company makes themselves seem like a major, legit marketing firm when it's just a scam door-to-door sales company, luring young, desperate university graduates. The second "interview" was just following one of the managers around Sydney to chase down customers for them at your own expense for traveling costs (and time, as it's 10am-6pm). At the end of the day, you'll know if you've been accepted or not.
