Interview with India hiring manager and Germany counterpart manager for about 1 hour with basic questions testing knowledge of wind turbine certification and relevant experience. Prior to this a short call with HR to determine your willingness for job.

Interview was done online, dual interviews spaced out one week. Questions were based on previous experience and behavior. No out of the ordinary interviews questions were asked. Followed the STAR interview process.
