I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UL Solutions in Apr 2025
Interview
Screening interview followed by actual interview.
Interview went fine, was asked about my work history, they described the job specifications, and then asked how i would approach situations related to the position. However, they ghosted me after the interview without any response, which was a bit rude, but don't get your hopes up i guess.

Question 1
How would your past work history allow you to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UL Solutions (Milan) in Jul 2019
Interview
The recruiting process has been really fast and took only 2 weeks since the Company advertised the position. I was very well impressed by theit proactivity until I understood that one of the main requisite for the candidate was to be able to start in 2 weeks (regardless of the notice period). After I clearly stated that I needed at least 3 weeks I received a call from an HR intern (none of the three people that joined the selection) telling me that they finally chose another candidate. I'm not assuming that I was excluded for this reason, but simply saying that that it's a bit unfair to ask the candidate to be ready to leave its job in 2 weeks no matter what when the salary or contract issues have not even been discussed. In this way it's easy for the candidate to jump to the conclusion that he/she is less appealing just because he/she's not unemployed and ready to start tomorrow.
