I was keeping up with the company and had previously applied; a recruiter called me to set up a phone screen. It was difficult to get in contact with the recruiter, however, things were set up and the screen went well. He immediately bounced me to the in-person interview (panel, with one executive, then two associates). I arrived late, unfortunately (new in town). The secretary was very polite-- the staff and panel very friendly. Great interview. Two weeks to decision.
