One in person interview after some online testing and questionnaires. They asked my background, liked at my resume, and got clarification on some of my qualifications. Then they showed me some of the things I would be responsible for if I got the job and asked if that sounded like something I could do. They asked what I saw myself doing in 5 years, etc.
