I was referred by a formal employee, then I set up an interview in the school with the supervisor. She was very kind and the interview was very casual, talked about some work experience

Structured review questions/ three rounds. The questions were well thought out and fair. The timing between rounds was a bit spread out due to availability.
Everything went well but then at the very end there was no update on the status of the role. It was either filled or paused and I wasn’t notified.

Why I was interested in this particular position and how I would make an impact.
Had to interview with 2 people. Process was simple. I actually was able to work and go to school. My only issue was the salary amount did not match the work that was given.
