1-hour interview with an associate and then with a director. Very low key and conversational, mostly "fit" questions and questions on IR topics/Global Health. Helps to know how the system works

2 rounds online interview in English; received after 1 month of application, got the offer after 1 month. Fairly fast process once the interview starts. Two officer at the interviews and they are really nice.

interview after 1 months of submission; 30 minutes in total, two interviewers. All very easy behavioral questions plus digging into one highly relevant experience. Got the offer after 3 days. Great experiences.
