UNC Pembroke interview questions

No interview was had. I was selected based of my involvement in the classroom and achieving high scores in tests. The opportunity was presented to me and I had to give a response if I was interested or not.

I was initially told the interview process would take about two hours, followed by a callback for a second round. However, it unexpectedly turned into a four-hour session with three back-to-back interviews. During the second interview, some of the interviewers arrived late, which made the experience feel disorganized. Despite being assured that I would receive a follow-up call regardless of the outcome, I never heard anything back. A simple update—whether positive or not—would have been appreciated. Overall, the lack of communication and structure left a disappointing impression.
