I sat down with my Manager and Director to review the position available, my work experience and expectations of the job. Informed me of performance reviews, weekly and monthly goals and what is expected each day. They brought up my past experience, both within UNFI and outside, asked how it pertains to the functions of my duties, and if I thought that it would help.

Had a phone interview with a recruiter. Was told I’d hear back within two days from someone in the department for a second interview. Waited a week and emailed the recruiter twice asking about any update and never heard back. It’s been almost a month now with no communication. At least send out a canned email saying I didn’t get the job.

One phone interview and one in person interview. Mostly questions about resume and then 4-5 situation questions on how you would reach to a situation. Simple questions like describe a time when this happened and how did you resolve it.
