I applied on line; HR called for an in person interview with manager and lead Buyer. Tough questions but typical of an interview. All questions related to past experience. Be honest as it will determine if you are a true fit for the job. It took about 4 weeks.

First a phone screening, to see if position is a good fit and discuss salary then 2 more interviews. They ask STAR questions, be prepared with an answer in the STAR Format, Situation, Task, Action, Result

Had a phone interview with a recruiter. Was told I’d hear back within two days from someone in the department for a second interview. Waited a week and emailed the recruiter twice asking about any update and never heard back. It’s been almost a month now with no communication. At least send out a canned email saying I didn’t get the job.
