It was a laid back and casual interview. Very friend hiring manager. Detail oriented and very informative. The conversation flowed. I just don’t think they should restrict interviews to 30 minutes. It makes it difficult to ask follow up questions.

Interview
This company leads people on. I had to do two interviews and a test, only to get rejected with a copy-paste made-up explanation that the job has been filled, while the job is still open on the company website. A complete waste of time. I was asked about my knowledge of Excel, which was NOT listed anywhere in the job description, and the test had a small Excel portion, again, why not list that Excel is needed for the job on the job description page? The role pays three dollars more than the minimum wage for what is essentially data entry with occasional calls. The number of interviews doesn't add up to the low-skill of the job.
Multiple behaviour based interviews. Very fair and reasonable questions. Asked about a variety of areas experience and how you interact in situations. Very professional and thorough. Team orientated and conversational.
