So sorry you had a negative impression of our onboarding process. It sounds as if you attended one of our information sessions and thought it was an interview. That's not the case. We are not "selling" our company to potential contractors, but are explaining our business model to would-be agents. And, as everyone works from home, "long-winded emails" are often the only way we can communicate. I do see that you accepted the offer, however, so we're glad to have you on the team. I trust your experience since has been positive, as you've been with us for a year now.
