Very professional round-table discussion with the hiring official as well as staff members. Each member had an opportunity to ask questions, but were not looking for a textbook answer. Rather, they were curious to see my personality and non-verbals while answering.

Just had to click a button on a website, and submit school records and PT test results. They found i was the best candidate. Found out that I was picked and started in a month after attending instructor school.
