Interview
On-line application that included many questions about the job I was applying for and requesting answers. After submitting I received a phone call to come for a personal interview and was hired shortly after.
It was a phone interview to discuss relevant qualifications and experience. Three other people participated and asked difference questions regarding my recent projects. The interview allowed time to discuss my questions and learn a little about the organization and what projects I would be working on.

Interview
I talked to the personnel management person over the phone and determined what jobs were open. I then interviewed with the supervisor to see if my skills were a good match with the job requirements.
