Interview
In my own case, there was a job fair but it was not broadly or advertized. The interviews that took place during the job fair were preliminary, but I was asked in for a follow-up interview and then offered a job. There are online tools for any applicant to apply for a government job.
Good process many things to understand and review, I think there is a lot of my port into the system that I can explain. I don't know what it is but I think I might be able to get on the one I have.

Interview
Behavioral and a little technical questions were asked. Mostly behavorial. Total of four or five questions about behavior and 2 questions about technical. Very but may have changed in the padt years
