Scheduler was clueless. But interviewer was quite nice. Scripted interview with point system. Office was fine but interestingly it wasn't identified in the lobby. Someone told me they wanted to be hidden from the public. I met one guy who was definately entrepreneurial. Friendly office environment. The application process is definitely bureaucratic ... make sure you watch every step ... it's all about the points
