US Employee Benefits Security Administration interview questions

Very discriminatory. Asked me questions contrary to FMLA. Already had preselected candidate so was a waste of my time and of management's time. Management has their favorites.

The interview is a sham. The Manager preselects someone and tells them to apply. The vacancy announcement is tailored to the individual who has been preselected. The interview is just done to appear to follow civil service rules. The most qualified does NOT get the job. The Managers like "yes men" and brown-nosers. The entire process is demoralizing. It has been going on for many years.
