Questions were simple and easy to answer if you've done the position previously. Interview started on time only one manager asking questions. The overall experience went well because they called me back for the position.

the interview was a very quick over the phone interview where the person interviewing would ask simple questions about your previous work history, after that you would be invited to a tour and hired
It was very good she asked me a couple questions about my work background and how long I been in the food service industry overall it was a great interview hope to hear from them soon

Pretty straight forward, it's more of a feel for both parties to gain a better understanding of what's expected and the process as a whole meanwhile assesing if it's the right career choice for you since it does begin in the freezer -10°. If you know what to expect then you won't be surprised.
