Emailed me a couple of days after applying asking for a phone screening. Set up a call for the next week and the recruiter called me at the scheduled time. The recruiter was nice and asked me questions on mostly my technical skills instead of situational questions. If didn't pass the phone screening but I was told that the next steps would've been another interview and then a potential offer.
