I interviewed at US Forest Service (Washington, DC)
Interview
I Interviewed with the International Programs department. There were 5 rounds of interviews with different people starting from admin and operations to senior program managers to the director. Questions felt a bit repetitive after the first two rounds but questions were pretty standard overall.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at US Forest Service in Oct 2021
Interview
Simple phone call with Program Manager, but the HR process is a nightmare. The entire system is centralized and over encumbered. If you can even make contact with someone from the Forest you are OK, but HR is a black box pulling applicants at random.
