Interview
The process to get into OCS is physically demanding and requires a true commitment. If you want to get in, you need to contact an officer candidate recruiter who can help guide you through the process. At a minimum you should be running 21 minute 5K's, doing 10 pullups and maxing situps on the PFT so you can succeed at OCS.
You'll also be required to do a background check in order to get the security clearance required.
