Very thorough. I met with the Post master general of a PO. He was very nice. Asked me a few questions. I was pretty sure I had the job after this. The interview also include a presentation and a lot of paperwork.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.
