I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service
Interview
The hiring process with USPS is quite lengthy. They give out the online exam to the first number of applications received, and those that pass are invited to take the in-person exam. You receive the results of the in-person exam right after you finish, and then the waiting begins. I waited for about two weeks before I received an email inviting me to interview, which would take place the following week. At the interview there were about 30 people, each person was interviewed individually. They spoke briefly about the position and the conditions, and the interviewer also described the job duties. They basically want to know if you are going to last and if you can tolerate the miserable conditions that you have to work in. After the interview you wait again for an official offer, process another background check, and wait to receive an email for orientation.

Interview
There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
