After you initially apply, you take a post office exam, and they call you for an interview. The interviewer does not know what your job position actually entails because they are so far removed from the actual position you are applying for.

Interview just consist with common sense questions. Nothing about your past. They just tell you what it's like working there and their expectations of you and ask if you are willing to comply.

Interview process pretty easy. No confusion and strai to the point. Most of the questions are about yourself. Your life, ability to be on time etc. The company wants to know whether you are dependable or not.
