Interview
The interview process is what is to be expected with a quasi-government agency. There is a committee made up from people from several departments and standard questions are asked. A great deal of emphasis is placed on giving examples of situations and details as to what happened, what was accomplished, etc.

Question 1
The hiring committee recommends to the manager the person they feel is best qualified for the position. In my one-on-one interview with the hiring manager I was asked "How do you feel, being a woman, about traveling alone?"
