Interviewed next, then attended Orientation Training, Drivers Training, Shadow Training Day and Academy Training, finished with 3 days on the job training. An On The Job Trainer was provided to teach all aspects of working on the floor learning to case the mail as well as teach actual delivery instructions while on the route.

Apply. Simple process. The position was posted on their career's site. I applied and within a month I began training. There's not much of an interview process. Just an extensive background check. Once that is satisfied, the process is pretty quick.
