Interview
I took the online assessment question very easy. Then received email to go take the prorated exam which was fairly easy only the memorizing part was difficult. Then received email to take a drug test and criminal background check. Made app to go do the drug test. And filled out criminal background check forms and printed them out and mailed them. Then two weeks later received email asking to go to an interview which was a group interview. About 40 people. We reviewed our job app and then when with another lady very nice for one on one interview. Very easy general questions and some of what you would do in certain situations. The next day received an email with a Conditional job offer and instructions to fill out on the computer a w-2 and some medical questions.

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.
There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

Interview
There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
