I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
A couple hours of videos and explanation of job, basically trying to scare away people who couldn't handle it. Really just an introduction to the comapny and a mean guy talking about how you will cry or quit and it's too hard for most people and you need to deliver out of your own car which isnt true most of the time.
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
