There really is no interview. I walked in, the CEO asked me what my name was... that was it. If you have a valid guard card you are hired. I never even had to fill out paper work. Sadly it should have been my 1st red flag about the company's future.

Need proof of Connecticut Security Officer ID or they wont even give you an application. People with law enforcement as a background get priority as well as those who have customer service experience.
