Written test & Group Discussion followed by two rounds of technical face to face interviews.HR interviews comes there after.Pretty easy to crack if you have real interest in IT

Interview
The technical interview conducted was very easy and got completed in twenty minutes.It started with brief introduction and the interview process was smooth.Interviewer was cool and he asked about projects,basics of core java, QA.

Question 1
Java: encapsulation,inheritance,method overloading vs method overriding,interface ,local chaining,constructor chaining.
Testing: performance testing, test cases for gmail.
It was good. There was telephonic technical round and a video conference Managerial round. Telephonic round is very technical. The interviewer was knowledgeable. The interviewer was very specific to the profile requirement. Overall it was a good experience. It helped me with my own assessment as well.
