Interview
First is the behavioral interview for which you have to demonstrate that you have the amplitude for the industry and question. Second would be technical skills interview which would demonstrate your ability to perform on the job.

Se hizo una entrevista técnica por videollamada con el technical lead y el equipo de UST y recursos humanos en la misma entrevista. Posteriormente me hicieron unas llamadas de teléfono. Por último ya dejaron de llamarme y no contactaron más, ni para decirme que me aceptaban ni para rechazarme.

The interview went pretty smooth . Interviewer was very kind . The interview started with self intro and then moved to projects , where interviewer asked the specifics about project like MySql version , spring boot version and so on.... Later on like 15 mins interview revolved around behavioural questions. And then asked a DSA question where I explained the approach very clearly and written the problem and then some java based questions
