Reach out by a recruiter and had 1 round of interview with someone in Beijing. A presentation of multiple projects was required. The interviewer didn't do a self intro, nor any intro to the firm/team. He had little knowledge about the team/business I applied. He also seemed particularly interested in the projects I did, and dug the technical details to a degree that was obviously confidential. In short, do not apply/interview. They had no intention to hire in the US, and only want to steal.
