Interview
I got a phone call the same day of application online and got an interview the day next.
Normal procedure questions about experience and a rough idea of what the ideal candidate will do for the project on this position. I got invited to do a skills test. After 3 or 4 days I recieved the test conformed by 3 exercises to deliver in 5 days. Details in the exercise were vague and quiet difficult to achieve in the amount of time given, even though I managed to do the 3 excercises.
30 days after delivery date I gave a phone call to ask for news but the selection process wasnt finished yet. on day 54 I received a rejection letter via email.
