simple, few questions really, Tell me what you know about our business and how you like the business concept. Do you know anyone that works here, have you applied before or worked at another location of our business in the past 9 months or so? Are you looking for full time op part time work? Do you want to move up in the future in anoither position within the company? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
