      Application

      I interviewed at Uhuru Network

      Interview

I don't usually write interview reviews, but I felt compelled to help out fellow applicants so they don't fall into the same trap I did. This company seems great. Really and trully. It's one of those "dream" opportunities that doesn't come around a lot, so I thought I'd apply. Their application process is extrordinarily long and detailed. Normally, I'd write it off as a no-go just because of the time it would take to apply correctly. However, in multiple areas of the application, it assured me that I would *at minimum* hear back with a "no, thanks!" And that would have been good enough, at least a little closure. So, against my better judgment I spent 4 - 5 hours completing the application. I know, I know, I did it to myself. But when I didn't hear back with so much as an auto-generated "no," I was very disappointed. It's been 3+ months now, so I'm pretty sure I didn't get it :) This is me saying to you, even if you *really* want a role at this company, there might be a better way to go about it than wasting hours to apply to a black hole. Maybe make a personal connection or something? Don't do what I did!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Even after you click submit on the interview and get a confirmation notification, read the fine print because they require you to also submit a video application via email to prove you're a real person. Talk about adding more time to the process!
